This morning at work, I had a spare hour! It was AMAZING! I looked for buses for our upcoming Winter Holiday (Tokyo for New Years and Nagano for skiing!) for an hour, then got into work and didn't notice the time flying past while reading about student's concepts of peace. There were some odd ideas, some sweet ideas and one downright scary entry (this guy REALLY wants to join the army, apparently).
After school, I walked to conbini with Sam to pay my Softbank bill, pay for our bus tickets booked earlier today online on the magical Loppi machine and buy a cookie. I love that in Japan, I can pay bills in cash with no hassles at almost any convenience store - I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. And I got a cookie. The rest of the night was boring - I watched TV, did housework and studied some Japanese.
Food Highlight of the Day: New chocolates - tiramisu and strawberry-cake-flavoured Kit Kat (I don't know what made it strawberry cake flavoured, rather than just strawberry, but the picture on the wrapper was nice)
